It's Better Now

I had recently completed a painting of redwood trees. It was okay but I still felt it wasn't quite right. Well yesterday I added a few more strokes to the canvas and realize it looks much better now. All I needed to do was add a little more thickness to the bottom of the smaller tree trunks to give the illusion that we were looking up at the trees. It looks much better to me now.
