Hillside Lavender

HILLSIDE LAVENDER

16 inch by 12 inch Acrylic on Canvas Panel
Palette Knife Painting

The painting was done using palette knives. This is a vibrant painting using bright color palette and lots of contrast with the purples and yellows. I enjoyed the learning process, having only painting a few paintings using this technique. Using palette knives forces you to be loose in your painting.
